Edleem School Development Program is designed to revive the whole school by surveying, assessing, analysing and evaluating the existing operations and systems in your School; then device a plan to upgrade the academic structure and ecosystem in order to enhance a student-centred learning eco system.
How do we execute this?
EDLEEM will do an entire school survey which includes interview with existing students, parents, teachers, principal, manager, admin and management and classroom observation.
Based on the generated report, we will design a customised upgradation plan according to your requirements. We do this using our customizable tools & protocols aligned with Global Competencies, Curricular Competencies & SDG (Sustainable Development Goals).
Our Strengths
Curriculum Map (What)
We have the curriculum map from KG to Grade 8 for the subjects, English, Malayalam, Arabic, Science, Social Science, Physical Education & Health, Drama, Visual Arts, Emotional Intelligence, ICT and Value Education. Our dynamic curriculum maps are well threaded with performance standards, learning objectives, learning outcomes of National and International learning resources. Our tools and protocols are aligned with 21st century global competencies and UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
Continuous Professional Development (Teacher Training)
Our CPD programs are compulsory for all teaching staff throughout the year. Teachers are trained to use the curriculum map, Instruction protocols and assessment methods. We also observe teachers in their classrooms (online/offline)
Instruction Protocol (How)
Our instruction protocol is specially designed for the ‘whole child’. It caters to the uniqueness of each and every child. We use SIOP protocol/ KDUC protocol/Wonder to Transfer protocol aligned with different thinking taxonomies like Blooms and Deep Learning.
Assessment (Whether)
Rather than relying on memorisation-based pen-paper test and rote learning, we conduct formative assessment with the tools of authentic assessment.
Principal Professional Development Program (Principal Mentoring)
We conduct continuous meeting and trainings with Principals and Vice Principals to analyse and evaluate the academic performance of school. We also mentor and guide principals to overcome specific issues.
